These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Onliweb and Bono AI services, products, websites, applications, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) provided by:

By accessing, registering for, or using any of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Onliweb and Bono AI provide tools, software, automation systems, and AI-powered experiences designed to help users build personal brands, generate content, manage workflows, and complete related tasks. The Services may include: AI-generated websites, content, and recommendations; automated voice callers and interview agents; web-based applications, dashboards, and tools; integrations with third-party platforms; educational or informational materials; and waitlist and account creation systems. The Services continue to evolve and may be updated, improved, or changed at any time.
To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and comply with these Terms at all times. Use of the Services in violation of any laws is strictly prohibited.
You may be required to create an account or join a waitlist to access certain parts of the Services. When doing so, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information; keep your login credentials secure; and notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security issues. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access unless caused by our negligence. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any user at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Services to violate any laws or regulations; collect or process personal data unlawfully; generate harmful, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory, infringing, or abusive content; interfere with the normal functioning of the Services; reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any system; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; or train competing AI models using outputs from the Services. You are responsible for all content, prompts, information, and inputs you provide.
The Services generate text, voice, design, strategies, content, and other outputs using AI. You acknowledge and agree that AI outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate; you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all outputs before use; you must ensure your use of outputs complies with laws, platform rules, and industry requirements; and we do not guarantee specific performance, results, or accuracy. You retain ownership of content you upload or create using the Services while granting us necessary rights to process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Services.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services - including branding, source code, algorithms, models, workflows, infrastructure, visual designs, website assets, interfaces, templates, documentation, and support materials—belong to 11X VENTURES INC. and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, resell, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services or any part thereof without written permission.
Some features may require paid subscriptions, credits, one-time fees, or usage-based pricing. When you purchase or subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method; acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable unless required by law; agree that pricing may change with notice; and understand that failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination. Any future paid plans, add-ons, or service tiers will be governed by applicable pricing pages or agreements.
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party tools, APIs, platforms, and services. You acknowledge that third-party services are not controlled by 11X Ventures; we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or data handling; and your use of them may be subject to separate terms. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with third-party platforms.
Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific launch date, any particular features, or a right to create an account. We may remove or restrict waitlist participants at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, including if you violate these Terms, your payments fail or are disputed, you misuse the Services, or we discontinue or modify part of the Services. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends, and we may delete or restrict access to your data in accordance with our data retention policies. You may stop using the Services at any time.
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure; that AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for specific use cases; or that any specific performance, results, or outcomes will be achieved. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 11X VENTURES INC., Onliweb, Bono AI, and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data; inaccuracies in AI-generated content; or delays, failures, or disruptions in the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Services in the last 12 months (or $0 if you did not pay). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions may not apply.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 11X Ventures Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services; content you submit or generate; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of laws or third-party rights.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be updated. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes must be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration in Vancouver, BC. No class actions or representative claims may be brought.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full force.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 11X Ventures Inc. regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
